Navy and Neon

Cronut: a croissant-doughnut pastry made by frying a laminated dough in grape seed oil.
Sugar it. Glaze it. Fill it.
blouse: Brickyard Buffalo // shorts: Marshall's // sandals: Marshall's

Sometimes I feel like a big city girl trapped in a small town girl's body. I'll explain why. If you guys haven't heard of the cronut, you're missing out. Half croissant, half donut, all delicious. This trendy pastry is all the rage in big cities, and is only now making its way to rural areas.
After doing what felt like extensive research, my sister and I found the one place in town that sells this carbo-load of magic. We made a date of it, caught the bug and plan to immediately hit up a cronut stand the next time we are in NYC.
The only downside to eating these morsels from heaven? I can't fit into these shorts anymore. A small price to pay for what was clearly the best pastry I've ever had.
