Tailgates and Tanlines

Hey y'all!

I don't even know how to wrap up the entire weekend in one tiny post. I guess I will have to try.

Below: M is the epitome of a southern belle and rarely takes her boots off. Willing to play dress up and follow cowboys all over the world, she chose a light weight dress and cinched it with a belt.

Below: C has a new love for country music but doesn't let that get in the way of her style. Florida grown, she stays true to her roots and wears pink lipstick like nobody's business.

Below: E may look sweet, but she's a firecracker who does what it takes to get to the front of the line. Not afraid to wear a little blue, she's the only person I'v met in real life who can rock turquoise cowgirl boots and still intimidate me.

This weekend, all the cowgirls in the tri-state area wiggled their way into cowgirl boots and trekked across acres of farm land for a glimpse of a man wearing boot-cut jeans, named Luke. It was a whimsical weekend full of swaying back and forth to southern twang and afterwards, all I wanted was a foot rub. The boots, however, will always be worth the aches. 

My favorite thing about all of these outfits is that we each have our own style and still bring a southern feel to the look. Wether you're more comfortable in skirts, shorts or dresses, there's a look in here for you. I can't thank my friends enough for being in the post and putting up with endless pictures to capture just how amazing everyone looked!
