How Do I Tackle Stadiums? One Step At A Time.

We made it to day 5 of the fitness challenge!!

This was by far my favorite fitness post to work with! I had so much fun playing around in the stadium and even running up and down the stadium steps. I'm not kidding, it almost didn't even feel like work (probably due to all the photo breaks that I took). When I first decided that I wanted to do a week of fitness posts, I didn't even think about the stadium in my back yard. So many people think that they need to suffer through lifting weights every day to get results, but why?! First of all, I think it's better to be outdoors, and second, you don't have to worry about someone hogging all the machines the ONE time you get the urge to burn some calories.

The best part about using a stadium as place to work out is that it's basically a glorified playground for grownups. I was going to post some sort of workout regimen, but believe it or not, I don't sit around all day thinking of ways I can torture my legs. Instead, I decided to post the Tim Tebow Workout. I realize he isn't as popular as yours truly, but I thought I'd give him a shoutout. ;) Besides, we just happen to have photo shoots at the same playground!

If my parents were writing this post, they would tell you guys to wear sunscreen and drink lots of water. However, since I'm the one who gets to chat with you guys all the time, I say wear bright colors and and chase pretty boys (my understanding of running might be a little skewed).
Not a big fan of stair exercises, there is still a lot of fun ways to work your booty! There are all types of exercises that can be done in a stadium setting that are easier on the knees. As long as you're having fun with it, you're doing it right.
