Finals Week Hair: 3 Ways to Keep Your Hair Out of Your Face

Ah, final exams. Why must you be so cruel? Were you never invited to sleepovers? Did you have to sit by yourself at lunch? Regardless, you needn't take it out on the rest of us sleepy souls!
Because finals week consists of no beauty and all coffee, I've decided to share three simple hairstyles that will keep your locks out of your face.

1. Low Side Braid with French Twist

Begin with a deep side part and french braid the front pieces until they fall into the rest of your hair. Simply add in strands from the opposite side of your head until you run out of front pieces, and finish with a simple three-strand braid the rest of the way down.

2. Double Braid with Messy Bun

Begin with a deep side part and french braid the front pieces on one side until you reach the point where you would add a ponytail. Do the same small braid steps to the opposite side of your head. Combine the rest of your hair into a messy bun and fasten with bobby pins to secure excess pieces.

3. Top French Braid Bangs and High Ponytail (personal favorite)

Begin with three small front pieces of hair at the crown of your head. Continue to gather small strands of hair from the front of the forehead to the top of the head, in a french braid motion. Secure braid with pins, and gather the rest of your hair into a high ponytail. *If ponytail is properly secured, you may remove the pins from the braid, and it will still stay in place (shown above).

Assuming everyone is spending all of their time calculating the lowest possible score they need on their finals, I hope these few tips make your life a little easier. Good luck, and may the odds be ever in your favor.
