As most of you already know from the overwhelming amount of Instagram photos I post, I went to a blueberry farm the other day!!
It was so much fun to venture through rows and rows of blueberries, and because I went with my amazing foodie friend, we really appreciated the "farm-to-table" mentality that went along with the adventure.
I love any excuse to wear overalls and this was actually one of the most logical places that I could wear them (instead of my favorite sushi restaurant, which is where i normally wear them).
All in all, we picked about 6 pounds of blueberries (we even brought our own metal tins for cute pictures) and have been making blueberry recipes ever since!
This was after we picked all morning and decided that we deserved a break. A little porch time never hurt nobody. ;)
So far, my friend, J, and I have made blueberry cookies, mojitos, and pancakes, and we're still looking for ways to gobble up all of our picking profits. Here are some pictures from our cooking extravaganzas.

It was such a great experience and I'm already looking for other "UPick" farms where they'll let me waltz around in my overalls trying all the food!
